What these numbers mean
Visits count every time anyone joins a server, so 73.0 billion is a lifetime total rather than a player count — it accumulates across more than a year of play. The number that describes right now is the concurrent figure, and with an eight-player server cap, that many players in game implies tens of thousands of live servers at once. That server cap is also why theft is the core loop: the game is deliberately small-group PvP, not a crowd.
