Steal a Brainrot Rebirth Requirements — All 19

The requirement brainrots are consumed, so the practical planning question is not "can I afford this" but "can I hold the requirement long enough to press the button". Each row below links the required brainrots to their income and rarity, so you can see how far into the carpet each rebirth is actually asking you to go.

Do you lose everything when you rebirth?

You lose your brainrots and most of your cash — you keep the multiplier, the cash bonus, the extra slots and everything unlocked in the Coins Shop. The multiplier is the part that matters: it scales every brainrot you buy afterwards, which is why rebirthing early with cheap legendaries beats hoarding one expensive brainrot you cannot replace.

Which rebirths change the base

Rebirth 2 adds the second floor and rebirth 10 adds the third, which is the single biggest anti-theft upgrade in the game — brainrots higher up take longer to reach. Every rebirth adds +10 seconds of base lock time, so by rebirth 19 the door stays shut long enough that casual thieves give up. Rebirth 1 is the only one that does not grant an extra slot.

The requirement brainrots get harder in a specific way

Early rebirths ask for two cheap brainrots. From rebirth 16 the requirements move into Secret territory, and rebirth 19 asks for a single brainrot that has to be built rather than bought. That is the point where rituals and machines stop being optional curiosities and become the main path forward.
