Steal a Brainrot Money Guide: Best Cash Strategy

The formula everything reduces to

Your income is: (sum of base incomes on your base) × (mutation + traits, per brainrot) × rebirth multiplier × index multipliers. Three of those four terms are multipliers, which is why players with similar brainrots can earn wildly different amounts.

The income calculator works out a single brainrot’s real figure; the principles below decide the rest.

1. Slots filled beats rarity chased

Payback time barely changes across rarities — the rarity table shows the median sitting a few minutes apart from Common to Secret. An empty slot earns zero, so a slot filled with a Legendary you can afford today beats a slot you are saving for a Secret. More slots come from rebirths, which is the real income upgrade.

2. Traits are the cheapest multiplier in the game

A country event trait is worth 4.5x and there are dozens of them. During an event, brainrots on the red carpet pick up traits — so buying and re-buying your own brainrots through the carpet while an event runs is how experienced players multiply an entire base in one sitting. Traits stack, and their values add to the mutation before multiplying base income.

3. Mutations are the multiplier you trade for

One per brainrot, from Gold at 1.25x to Crystal at 13x. Since a mutation travels with the brainrot, a mutated mid-tier brainrot is often a better buy than a plain high-tier one. Check the mutation list before agreeing to any trade based on rarity alone.

4. Defence is income

Every brainrot stolen is income deleted. The cheapest defensive upgrades — a Slap, traps, and the extra base lock seconds from rebirthing — protect more cash per Robux than anything in the Robux Shop adds.

What not to bother with

  • Server luck for lucky blocks. It does nothing; the contents are fixed when the block spawns.
  • Cash packs. They are one-off, and your multipliers make in-game earning scale far past them within a rebirth or two.
  • Trade value spreadsheets. Values move hourly and are not published by the game; this site deliberately does not list them. Income figures are verifiable — worth is not.
